Who we are
Four decades

We are a Malaysian property developer with a G7 CIDB grade and more than four decades of completed projects behind us. Every home we deliver is one we would be willing to live in ourselves.
Headquartered in Klang, Selangor, we have grown from a local builder into a group that develops, builds, and manages residential and commercial projects across the country — from townships and terraces to industrial parks.
